What You’ll Do

Build and manage Power BI dashboards that power real-time decision making.

Connect data across departments — Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations.

Spot trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities before anyone else sees them.

Help automate and improve reporting processes across the firm.

Present insights that actually change how the business operates.

What You Bring

2–4+ years of experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and similar analytics tools.

A curious, entrepreneurial mindset — you ask “why,” not just “what.”

Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to non-technical teams.

Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow your role.
