We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team in a hybrid remote capacity. This role focuses on servicing personal lines of insurance, including auto, home, farm, and umbrella policies. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will handle policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and quoting new opportunities, all while delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.

Base pay of $40,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for personal lines clients

Manage policy changes, billing inquiries, claims submissions, and quotes

Provide detailed customer service with accuracy and professionalism

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support

Identify opportunities to cross-sell within the existing client base

Requirements

Active insurance license (Personal Lines required)

Prior experience in customer service or insurance roles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
