Job Purpose
To manage, supervise, and execute the operation and maintenance of all electromechanical systems within the companys facilities, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical electromechanical systems, including HVAC, central air conditioning, pumps, lighting systems, elevators, and water/sewage networks.
Supervise multidisciplinary technical teams and manage the performance and activities of external contractors.
Implement and manage preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Prepare and review detailed technical and administrative maintenance reports for accuracy and compliance.
Troubleshoot complex electromechanical failures and develop effective, timely solutions.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in facilities management, specifically in the operation and maintenance of electromechanical systems (as listed above).
Skills:
Proven experience in supervising technical teams and managing contractor activities.
In-depth knowledge of preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance systems.
Ability to prepare and review detailed technical and administrative reports.
Preferred: Professional certifications in Facilities Management or a related technical discipline.
