Early 2026, we will begin a new cohort of future leaders in our two-year rotational program. The Clarios Leadership Development Program (CLDP) – IT / Digital Track is designed to develop the next generation of digital leaders through immersive experiences across our technology ecosystem. Our goal is to engage recent graduates in diverse IT and digital functions—helping them learn, grow, and identify their long-term career path within Clarios.
Who We Are Looking For
· Recent college graduates or final semester students with no more than one year of professional experience since completing their bachelor’s degree.
· Fields of study:
Engineering
Computer Science
Information Systems
Data Analytics
Related technical fields
· Passion for technology, systems, and turning data into action
· Proven leadership experience (campus, community, or project-based)
· Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
· Willingness to relocate within LATAM for rotations
Bonus Qualifications:
· Experience with data analytics, machine learning, or cloud platforms
· Familiarity with ERP systems, MES, CRM, or digital commerce tools
· Certifications in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management

What You Will Do
Through the CLDP – IT / Digital Track, you will gain hands-on experience in areas such as data analytics, shop floor systems, enterprise platforms, and commercial technologies.
You will complete four rotations of six months each, building a full-stack understanding of how technology drives our business. These assignments will allow you to collaborate with IT leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
Rotations include:
Data & Analytics / Machine Learning
Develop dashboards, models, and predictive insights using cloud-based tools.
Shop Floor Systems
Work with MES, IoT, and automation technologies to support manufacturing digitization.
ERPs & Core Systems
Support enterprise platforms like SAP, HRIS, and finance systems through configuration and process mapping.
Commercial Systems & Customer Experience
Contribute to CRM, digital commerce, and customer analytics initiatives.
Upon successful completion, you will be well-positioned for long-term career growth within Clarios in roles that demand digital fluency, innovation, and leadership.
Relocation: This program includes mandatory rotations across LATAM locations. Relocation assistance is provided. Possible locations include Escobedo Plant, García Plant, Cienega de Flores Plant, and corporate offices.
Leadership Opportunities: As a CLDP participant, you will have access to developmental opportunities beyond your work assignments, including mentorship, executive roundtables, skill-building workshops, networking events, and a final capstone project.

· Ensure robust planning across systems, geographies, and functional teams.
· Influence local and global teams to improve digital processes and adoption.
· Develop working relationships with internal customers and IT product teams.
