Salary $50,000–$60,000

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations

Inspire, train, and mentor our talented kitchen staff

Master ordering, inventory, and uphold impeccable food safety standards

Strategically manage costs and optimize schedules

Innovate with menu planning and ensure consistent quality checks

Lead by example, setting the pace during prep and service

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of proven kitchen leadership (Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager experience preferred)

Exceptional skills in scratch cooking and a natural ability to lead a team

Demonstrated experience in cost control and inventory management

A commitment to the highest standards and a positive, collaborative attitude

Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
