HR Generalist – Manufacturing Industry

A long-standing and reputable manufacturing organization in the southern Twin Cities metro area is seeking an HR Generalist to join their growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting employees and leaders across the organization, focusing on HR operations, employee relations, and talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR programs including employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
Serve as a resource to employees and supervisors on policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
Partner with leadership on engagement, retention, and workforce planning efforts.
Maintain HRIS accuracy and assist with benefits and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of progressive HR experience required; experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred — and required for candidates with fewer than 5 years of HR experience.
Solid knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and collaborative.
Compensation:
$65,000–$80,000, depending on experience.
Full-time
