Job Description

Join a rapidly growing, family-owned company seeking a skilled CNC Machinist. Bring your machining expertise to a dynamic team, where you'll operate, set up, and efficiently run machines based on blueprints.

Responsibilities

Operate, set up, and tear down CNC machines.

Interpret and execute tasks based on blueprints, diagrams, and layouts.

Maintain tight tolerances up to .05 in a job shop environment.

Program machines using Autocad, Solidworks, or Gibs-cam as needed.

Run various parts, possibly managing up to two machines at a time.Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in manufacturing.

Proficiency in CNC lathe operations.

Experience with tear downs, set ups, and changeovers.

Strong blueprint interpretation skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with HAAS and Mazak controls.

Trade school certification.

Experience with CNC Punch Press and Press Brake.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled machine room alongside other machinists. The job shop environment is fast-paced but laid-back, primarily serving the automotive industry, with some work for other large companies. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with Saturdays as needed. Dress comfortably in jeans, a shirt, and steel-toed boots; uniforms are provided after direct hire.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00/hr.
