Financial Controller

Were looking for a top-tier Financial Controller to support a US-based company. This is a senior role working directly with executives, owning close, reporting, controls, budgeting, and audits.

Must-haves (please read before applying):

Qualified CA (ICAP) fully qualified

Big Four background + proven private sector experience

5+ years in accounting/finance with 2+ years in leadership

Deep US GAAP knowledge and US taxation experience

Worked with US companies before (previously lived in the US is a plus)

Comfortable overlapping with US time zones

Strong command of English and executive-level communication

Hands-on with ERP/accounting tools (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Sage, etc.) and advanced Excel

What youll do

Own AP/AR, GL, payroll, monthly and year-end close

Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financials under US GAAP

Run budgets, forecasts, cash-flow models, variance analyses

Lead internal controls, policies, audits, tax coordination, and banking

Partner with the leadership team and (if needed) oversee distributed finance staff
