Asst. Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, new technologies, and emerging opportunities in construction and related sectors.

Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders at both domestic and international levels.

Evaluate potential business opportunities by analyzing financial data, market strategies, and organizational priorities.

Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements to ensure mutual value creation.

Collaborate with internal teams to align new business opportunities with company strategy and operations.

Safeguard confidential business information and represent the company with the highest ethical standards.

Continuously enhance professional knowledge by engaging in industry networks, training programs, and global forums.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, Civil/Construction Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the construction industry or international business development.

Proven track record in managing partnerships, negotiations, and market expansion.

Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate risks and develop strategic solutions.

Excellent English communication skills (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.

Proficiency in industry-related software and digital tools.

Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.

Age 30+; candidates with leadership potential are strongly preferred.
