As a Tactical Security Guard in a Hospital setting, physical ability and ability to De- escalate situation is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling and de-escalate situations in a Hospital environment

Permanent Positions we are looking to Cover

P1 Rotation : 14 on and 14 off (7Pm to 7Am Sunday to Saturday) and( (7Pm to 7Am Sunday to Saturday)

P2 Rotation :Sunday (7Am to 7 Pm), Thursday to Saturday 7Am to 7 Pm), Sunday to Saturday (7Am to 7 Pm)

P3 Rotation: Suday to Thursday (7 Pm to 7Am), Sunday to Saturday (7 Pm to 7Am)

P4 Rotation: Sunday (7Am to 7Pm), Thursday to Saturday (7 Am to 7 Pm), Sunday to Saturday (7 Am to 7 Pm)

P5 Rotation: Monday to Saturday ( 8.45 Am to 5 Pm), Sunday to Friday ( 8.45 Am to 5 Pm)

P6 Rotation: Monday to Saturday ( 8.45 Am to 5 Pm), Sunday to Friday ( 8.45 Am to 5 Pm)

Responsibilities for Hospital Security Guard

Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity

Verify identities and control access to secure areas

React quickly to threats or incidents

Responding to code

Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras

Document incidents and actions taken

Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks

Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

Qualifications for Hospital Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada

Hold a valid Manitoba security license

First aid certification an asset

Ability to stand and walk entire shift

Good verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in the security industry (asset)

Tactical experience (Asset)

Customer service oriented

Leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a stressful environment
