Job Title: Fast Track General Manager

Department: Operations

Location: Orange County, California (onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time / Perm

Compensation: Base salary $80,000 per year plus benefits

Summary:

Dynamic General Manager to lead daily operations at an iconic diner in Orange County. Drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all daily operations (FOH, BOH, safety, guest experience).

- Drive revenue growth, menu profitability, and key metrics (guest satisfaction, throughput, labor).

- Recruit, train, and develop staff; manage performance.

- Enforce brand standards, SOPs, and food safety compliance.

- Manage P&L, costs, inventory, and vendor relations.

- Address guest feedback and recover service moments.

- Collaborate with regional leaders on promotions and community events.

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years in hospitality/restaurant operations; GM or multi-unit leadership a plus.

- Strong financial acumen and people leadership skills.

- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a GM development program or fast-track leadership.

- Proficiency with POS, inventory, and analytics.

- Local Orange County market knowledge.
