Job Description:

Join a growing team and become a success story! In this role, you’ll operate a forklift to pull and lower product down, moving it to the production teams or to ship items. You’ll be part of a supportive team focused on quality, precision, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Operate Forklift to pull and lower product down, moving it to production teams or to ship teams.

Confirm inventory counts and numbers; being diligent in this action to remain accurate.

Move raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or with pallet jack at lower level or when needed.

Troubleshoot inventory inaccuracies.

Use of scanner to account for inventory pulls.

Using ERP software to ensure counts for shipping are correct.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must have previous experience of at least 2 years of forklift operation.

Must have at least 2 years or Shipping & Receiving experience.

Must have at least 2 years of experience working with SAP and data entry.

Must have previous help certification, be able to be trained, and/or become certified with MUM Industries.

Must possess a safety-first mindset; remain aware of surroundings, utilize safety operations, safety controls, and follow all guidelines.

Must have a positive attitude and bring ideas for making improvements.

Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary for this position is up to $20/hr. based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
