What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web apps with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js.

Build and optimize scalable APIs and services (REST/GraphQL) for real-time and data-intensive workloads.

Architect systems for reliability, performance, and future change.

Put AI at the core: integrate LLMs, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and automate dev tasks (tests, reviews, ops) where it makes sense.

Collaborate with product and design to deliver seamless UX from Figma production.

Drive technical decisions, raise the bar on code quality, and mentor others.

Own features end-to-end: ideation design implementation CI/CD Vercel deploy observability.

What we're looking for

5+ years full-stack experience (start-up/scale-up preferred).

Strong with React, Next.js, TypeScript. Deep Node.js (Express/NestJS).

APIs (REST/GraphQL), third-party integrations.

Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB; caching; queueing a plus.

Engineering practices: CI/CD, Test-Driven Development, clean code.

Sharp eye for UX; translate Figma into performant front-ends.

Excellent communication across a dev squad; can take the steering wheel when needed.

Views on architecture; proposes improvements proactively.

Leadership experience or readiness to grow into tech lead.
