Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop monthly marketing strategies and content calendars tailored to each clients goals.
Conduct market and trend analysis to propose innovative content ideas and campaign approaches.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align marketing objectives and deliverables.
Content Creation
Design and produce engaging content (images, videos, captions, and blog posts) for social media and website
Manage daily posting schedules across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Ensure all content adheres to brand tone and quality standards.
Campaign Management & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Identify what works, what doesn't, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare and submit monthly marketing reports highlighting performance insights and recommendations.
Website & Blog Management
Upload and update blogs or content to clients official websites.
Ensure posts are SEO-optimized and formatted for readability and engagement.
Collaboration & Innovation
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.
Constantly propose fresh ideas and creative concepts that drive engagement.
Work closely with designers, writers, and client managers to execute campaigns effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro, and basic video editing.
Familiar with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Insights, etc.).
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Knowledge of WordPress or similar platforms for web/blog uploads is an advantage.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and time management.
Proactive, trend-aware, and comfortable presenting new ideas.
