Role Details:
Position: Welders Mate
Contract Length: 18 months
Location: Teesside
Pay Rates:
£18/hour (Weekdays) inc holiday pay
£23/hour (Weekends) inc holiday pay
️ Responsibilities:
Assisting welders with preparation, fitting, and setup of materials
Moving and positioning materials safely
Operating tools and equipment under supervision
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Supporting the welding team with day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
Good understanding of site safety and manual handling
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
