Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase customer base.

Identify potential clients through research and prospecting efforts.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently while ensuring profitability.

Maintain an updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies.

Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to increase network and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Strong business acumen and professional presence.
