Senior Quantity Supervisor

Responsibilities

Oversee all quantity surveying and cost control activities for import and distribution projects.

Prepare, verify, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Administer contracts in line with FIDIC / ICTAD standards.

Monitor budgets, expenditures, and cost performance.

Handle claims, variations, and contractual issues.

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for project requirements.

Support procurement by reviewing quotations and validating supplier payments.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent professional / diploma qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in construction or contract management.

Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, contract administration (FIDIC / ICTAD), cost control, and claims handling.

Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Ability to travel and perform site-based work as needed.
