We have an exciting opportunity to join our Aerodynamics Department as a Junior Model Maker. Based primarily at our Red Bull Technology facility in Milton Keynes, you’ll work alongside a talented and experienced team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the precise manufacture of wind tunnel model components, often to tight deadlines. Strong manual skills and a sharp eye for detail are key to succeeding in this position.

This position is based on a night shift schedule, and candidates must be comfortable working independently and maintaining productivity during non-standard hours.

We are looking for someone who can:

Finish prototype components to a high standard, always aiming to enhance quality and reduce lead times.

Apply knowledge of post-processing for SLA and SLS components to ensure accurate results.

Utilize experience with mould making and casting techniques, contributing to high-quality model production.

Support continuous improvement by adopting new systems, processes, and offering constructive feedback to boost departmental efficiency.

Strong communicator with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes effectively.

Highly motivated and proactive, with a positive approach to problem-solving.

Performs well under pressure, maintaining focus and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
