About the Role As an Area Manager / Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting healthcare professionals and patients in the effective use of the companys medical devices.
You will receive thorough onboarding and product training to develop strong technical and clinical expertise across the product range.
Using a consultative and educational approach, you will visit hospitals, clinics, and patient homes to provide demonstrations, product training, and therapy support.
Additionally, you will develop and execute a territory action plan, identify new business opportunities, and report market insights and activities to management.
Key Responsibilities * Develop in:depth product and therapy knowledge through comprehensive training.
* Provide clinical instruction and support to nurses, physicians, and end users.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including stoma and gastroenterology nurses, surgeons, and physicians.
* Execute territory plans in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
* Promote and sell medical products in line with company strategy.
* Record and report all activities and market developments accurately and on time.
Your Profile * Bachelors degree or equivalent in Nursing (HBO level or higher). * Commercial mindset and strong communication skills across all professional levels.
* Experience as a nurse; prior experience in a sales or customer:facing medical role is an advantage.
* Self:driven, organized, and motivated to achieve results.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
* Resident in (or willing to relocate to) the assigned region.
