Job Role: Customer Hire Desk Administrator Rota: Monday : Friday : DAYS Salary: GBP 28,000 My client, a large Plant Hire company with depots across the UK.
Due to their continued success, they are now looking for a skilled Customer Hire Desk Administrator to join their ever:growing team.
The role of Customer Hire Desk Administrator in brief: : Query resolution, dealing with complex invoice queries and order holds end to end, ensuring correct action is in line with current process and policies : Assist with the holds report by delegating root causes out to the business ensuring these are actioned through to resolution : Liaise with procurement and suppliers to resolve invoice queries efficiently : Ability to take ownership of workload, can prioritise and organise without supervision whilst remaining part of the team : Take responsibility of invoice queries to ensure that they are dealt with in a timely manner : Identify common and reoccurring issues and escalate to management : Assist with telephone calls to site requesting revised estimated offhire dates The ideal candidate for theCustomer Hire Desk Administrator: : Previous experience in a Plant, Powered access, Tool or Material Handling industries.
: Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general.
: Good communication skills.
