Responsibilities * Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations including front of house, housekeeping, and food and beverage * Lead, motivate, and develop a high:performing team * Maintain and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and guest experience * Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational performance metrics * Support recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives * Collaborate with ownership/leadership to prepare for a seamless transition to a GM role Requirements * Established Operations Manager with a strong track record in boutique or luxury hotel environments * Proven leadership and team management skills * Financially savvy with experience managing budgets and KPIs * Passionate about delivering high:quality guest experiences * Ambitious and ready to step into a General Manager role within 6 months * Hands:on, proactive, and adaptable in a fast:paced environment
