Welder

**Our client, a leading manufacturer in the fire protection industry, is seeking a MIG Welder to join their team.** As a **MIG Welder**, you will be part of the **Fabrication Department** supporting the **Production and Quality Teams** . The ideal candidate will have **attention to detail**, **strong mechanical aptitude**, and **dependability**, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** MIG Welder **Location:** Groveport, Ohio **Pay Range:** Up to $26.00 per hour (based on experience) **What's the Job?** + Weld carbon outlets onto steel pipes for the fire sprinkler industry.

+ Perform MIG welding tasks including spool pieces, flanges, and galvanized pipe.

+ Inspect finished welds for defects, proper dimensions, and seam quality.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area following company standards.

+ Report equipment malfunctions and assist with minor repairs when needed.

**What's Needed?** + Minimum 1 year of **MIG welding experience** (flat position). + Minimum 1 year of **machine operation experience** . + Ability to use and read a **tape measure** accurately.

+ Must bring own **welding helmet** for weld test.

+ Basic computer, communication, and teamwork skills.
