A busy family is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and experienced Nanny/Housekeeper to join a fully staffed ultra-high-net-worth residence. The ideal candidate will be discreet, proactive, and capable of maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and presentation. The schedule will be every Wednesday through Sunday, 6.30am-3.30pm, with candidates expected to live-in Friday and Saturday nights.

Responsibilities

Candidates will work as part of a dedicated team to support daily operations, including household management, laundry care, and morning family routines:

Dusting and polishing furniture, fittings, and surfaces

Vacuuming and cleaning carpets, rugs, and hard floors

Deep cleaning of bathrooms: toilets, showers, sinks, bathtubs, and countertops

Cleaning skirting boards, doors, architraves, and high-touch areas, including mirrors and windows

Daily rubbish and recycling removal

Deep cleaning as scheduled, including playroom, gym, kitchens, and appliances

Monitoring and restocking of household supplies (cleaning, toiletries, pantry, etc.)

Reporting repairs, maintenance needs, and coordinating contractors as directed

Greeting guests and offering refreshments before meetings or appointments

Lunch service

Ad-hoc admin tasks to support the principals

Assist in the children’s morning routine, including preparing snacks, organising uniforms, and helping them get ready for school

Requirements

Previous experience in a private UHNW household

Team player – ability to work collaboratively within a fully staffed home

Absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Proactive, polished, and highly professional demeanour

Strong organisational skills and excellent time management

Flexibility to travel occasionally if required

Must be comfortable working around a dog and two guinea pigs

Salary and Benefits

£55,000 gross pa
