Summer School Internship

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to explore different areas of operations — from administration and customer service to activities and logistics — while developing valuable professional skills in communication, teamwork, and organization.

What You’ll Do

- Support daily operations across various departments such as Student Services, Activities, and Academics.

- Assist staff in preparing materials, organizing events, and welcoming new students.

- Provide administrative support and help maintain accurate student records.

- Participate in on-site activities and excursions, helping to ensure smooth coordination.

- Answer student queries with professionalism and a friendly attitude.

- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall student experience.

- Collaborate with a multicultural team and gain insight into how an international school operates.

Who You Are

- A university student completing an internship as part of your academic program.

- Organized, adaptable, and eager to take initiative in a variety of tasks.

- A positive, team-oriented person who enjoys helping others and learning new skills.

- Confident communicating in English (B2 level minimum).

- Friendly, proactive, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

- Eligible to work in Malta without EF sponsorship.

Internship Details

- Duration: 2–3 months (preferred), June to August 2026

- Compensation: Unpaid; full board provided

- Accommodation: Shared housing provided by EF
