Join a global company with international exposure as a Transportation Manager for Summer 2026! In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee the full transportation program for our international students, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the summer season. You’ll manage a team of Transportation Coordinators and work closely with suppliers, the airport team, and the wider summer management group to deliver exceptional service—from arrivals and departures to daily transfers between schools, residences, and activities.

What You’ll Do
- Take overall responsibility for the full transportation program, managing daily logistics for student transfers across the island.
- Lead, train, and support a team of Transportation Coordinators to ensure all routes and schedules run efficiently.
- Plan, book, and organize private transfers between student accommodations, schools, and activity sites.
- Coordinate with the Airport and Activities teams to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and daily operations.
- Maintain detailed transportation schedules and reports, ensuring accuracy and on-time performance.
- Communicate with transport providers and internal teams to confirm bookings, resolve issues, and manage last-minute changes.
- Guarantee a high level of customer service during every stage of the student journey.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing clear guidance and feedback.

- Highly detail-oriented with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in Excel and comfortable managing data, schedules, and logistics tools.
- A proactive team player who’s as comfortable planning in the office as being hands-on in the field.
- Calm and flexible under pressure, with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English (C1–C2 level); additional languages are a plus.
- Legally able to work in Malta (EU passport or valid work permit).
- Motivated by delivering outstanding service and creating a positive, well-organized experience for students and staff alike.
Details:
- Duration: Contract starting from the middle of May till August (preferred)
- Schedule: Full-time, 6-day work weeks on shift bases, including evenings and weekends.
- Safeguarding: All roles are subject to police conduct checks and character reference checks.
- Eligibility: Must legally be able to work in Malta with a Maltese or EU passport. Has a high level of English.
- Must be available for training dates before start date. Mandatory training in Malta will be happening sometime between the middle and end of May. Specific dates to come soon.
