Facilities Mechanic/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Facilities Mechanic/Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for supporting production by building, maintaining, and modifying production equipment as needed. Additional duties include general building maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, heating and AC, plumbing, cleaning, and other related tasks as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build, modify, maintain, and repair production equipment as needed.

• Electrical – Establishing new circuits from the Electrical Panel.

• Fabrication – Basic knowledge of mills, lathes, saws, welding, etc.

• General building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc..

Qualifications Include:

• Facilities-related experience in Manufacturing and/or Aerospace Industry or equivalent.

• Working knowledge of building/machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

• Ability to create and maintain maintenance logs and records.

• Proficient with precision equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gages.

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
