$90k -$100k Base salary (depending on experience) + travel per diem (Wages are aligned with current Davis Bacon Rates and Fringe depending on location)

Construction Lead Carpenter

Well established, fast paced Commercial Contractor looking for an experienced, Lead Carpenter to join our team. Ideal candidate would be willing to travel. Candidate should be able to demonstrate at least 7 years’ experience with diverse commercial construction experience.

Position responsibilities include:

· Oversee field operations and crews

· Coordination with Project Manager on project scope and deliverables

· Positive attitude and professionalism

· Working with crews to ensure quality and timely delivery of project

· Enforcement of company policies and safety regulations

· Other duties as determined by Project Manager

Familiarity with various framing techniques, concrete forming/finishing, and finish carpentry skills preferred. Projects are located primarily in the western US and often require extended periods of travel. Housing and per diem are provided for out of market projects.

Candidates located in the Spokane, WA and N. Idaho preferred, but not required. Reasonable access to a major airport is required.
