What you will do:
Maintain and nurture client relationships per company standards
Work cross-functionally with sales and operations to ensure a successful client experience
Participate in planning and designing solutions for clients
Provide internal and external communication to those involved in each project
Create and ensure adherence to the project timeline and budget
Manage existing service contracts and optimize service delivery
Lead equipment upgrade projects, ensuring safety and quality
What you will need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in construction or an engineering-related field
3+ years of experience in project management
Technical knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance
Superior customer service and communication skills
