Shop Foreman Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a local manufacturing company who is seeking an Electronic Assembly Supervisor / Shop Foreman to join their team. The Shop Foreman will lead manufacturing and assembly teams who assemble and repair electronic components. The ideal Shop Foreman has multiple years of experience managing an Electronic Assembly team, has hands-on bench experience with electronic assembly and repair, and has superior organizational and communication skills. The Shop Foreman is a full-time, direct hire position in Rosenberg, TX.
Shop Foremen Job Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage a Team of Electronic Technicians, Assemblers, & Repair Specialists Including Scheduling, Performance Evaluations, & Providing Mentorship
Oversee Daily Workshop Operations, Including Assigned Tasks, Monitoring Progress, & Ensuring Projects Are Completed on Time With High Quality Standards
Assist With Assembly & Repair of Complex Electronic Circuits & Components
Ensure a Safe Work Environment For All Team Members
Manage & Order Inventory of Electronic Parts, Tools, & Equipment
Provide Technical Support & Training on New Equipment, Repair Techniques & Best Practices
Work With Other Departments Including Engineering & Quality Assurance
Address Technical Issues & Improve Product Design & Repair Processes
Shop Foremen Job Requirements & Working Conditions:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Must Have Experience in a Leadership Role in an Electronic Manufacturing or Repair Environment
Strong Technical Expertise in Electronic Assembly, Soldering, & Troubleshooting
Superb Leadership & Communication Skills to Lead a Team & Work With Different Departments
Knowledge of Safety Standards & Best Practices in an Electronic Workshop
Excellent Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills
