Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support a high-volume real estate practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with experience or interest in sales, marketing, and real estate. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including scheduling, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized digital and physical files.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in marketing efforts: create promotional materials, manage social media, and support listings.
Handle client inquiries with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Support sales and transaction processes by preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
Maintain awareness of real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance.
Utilize negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve issues that arise during transactions.
Qualifications
Previous administrative experience required; real estate experience preferred.
Fluent in English and Armenian (verbal and written). Multilingual abilities a plus.
Real estate license or willingness to obtain (required).
Degree in Marketing, IT, Finance or Business preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, real estate software tools and CRM.
Knowledge of marketing, sales, and social media management is an advantage.
Reliable transportation required.
