We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Kailua-Kona. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has strong communication skills, and wants to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry. You will receive comprehensive hands-on training, mentorship, and the support of a positive, growth-minded team. No prior insurance experience or licensing is required; we provide everything you need to succeed.

First-year earnings: $55,000-$75,000 (base plus commissions and bonuses)

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs

Recommend personalized coverage options for auto, home, life, and related products

Generate new business through referrals, inbound leads, and outreach

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale

Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support a positive, high-performing culture

Requirements

No prior insurance experience required

Strong communication and active listening skills
