Position Summary
As a Framer / Rough Carpenter, you’ll take on the core of residential and commercial builds. From framing walls, floors, and roofs to making sure projects stay on track and up to code, you’ll be the backbone of the job site.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and building plans
Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials
Frame walls, floors, roofs, and structural components
Inspect and repair damaged framework when needed
Safely operate hand and power tools with accuracy
Work alongside other trades to keep projects moving
Qualifications
Hands-on framing or rough carpentry experience preferred
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and handling site demands
Reliable transportation required
OSHA certification a plus
