We’re looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to join our Property Management team and ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our properties. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for maintenance, compliance, and tenant support—helping us deliver exceptional service on behalf of our Landlords.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Act as the main point of contact for tenant facility issues

• Communicate maintenance updates to Property Managers and tenants.

• Coordinate routine and preventative maintenance of building systems.

• Manage contractors and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations.

• Track budgets, monitor expenses, and recommend cost-saving strategies.

**What You’ll Bring**

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within facilities or property.

• Knowledge of building operations or safety compliance (advantageous but not essential).

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
