**Hybrid role with flexible location - can be based at our Melbourne or Geelong CBD offices**
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated Assistant Property Manager/Lease Administrator to join our team managing a diverse range of retail, industrial and community assets for a key government agency.
**Here’s a snapshot of your day;**
• Build strong tenant relationships and respond promptly to enquiries
• Administer leases to ensure compliance for both owner and tenants
• Support property operations including invoicing, data analysis, lease/rent reviews, arrears management, and documentation
• Liaise with government stakeholders, tenants, and operational teams
• Review lease obligations to assist with maintenance coordination
• Contribute to monthly client reporting packs
• Monitor financial transactions, ensuring proper authorisation and debt collection
**What You’ll Bring:**
• Experience in residential or commercial property management
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agent's Representative Certificate)
