1. Operational Profit & Loss Improvement: Base period verification, target setting and adjustment, correction of abnormal accounting data.
2. Operational & Site-Specific Negative P&L Management: Monthly drill-down and implementation monitoring of P&L improvement measures for warehouses with negative P&L.
3. Business Budget & Forecasting: Annual cost budgeting, monthly cost forecasting, daily cost forecasting.
4. Cost Improvement: Target setting, process monitoring, result notification, and problem investigation.
5. Monthly Structural Cost Verification: Review of abnormal structural IDs and misattributions, application for adjustments.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with business departments for relevant business P&L calculations and implementation of operational improvement strategies.
Job Requirement
1. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Cold Chain, or related fields;
2. Work Experience: 5-10 years of warehouse operations related work experience, with preference for experience in the major home appliance sector;
3. Operational Management: Familiar with warehouse and logistics operational processes, with strong cost awareness;
4. Data Analysis: Possess strong data analysis skills, able to identify and solve problems through data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
