Accountant/Payroll Specialist

What You’ll Do:

Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger reconciliations

Prepare detailed financial reports—balance sheets, P&L statements, forecasts

Administer end-to-end payroll processes using systems like ADP

Manage accounts payable/receivable and support month-end close

Calculate, prepare and issue invoices, account statements and other financial statements

Process tax filings, government forms, and payroll adjustments

Serve as a key liaison between HR and Finance

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

4–7 years of experience in both accounting and payroll

Proficiency with QuickBooks, ADP Pay eXpert, and Excel

Detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Comfort with tools like SharePoint, Dropbox, and Google Drive

Bonus Points For:

Experience in AR follow-ups and financial reporting systems

Familiarity with CRM platforms
