Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

Guide guests to their seats and ensure exceptional food and beverage service throughout events

Assist with event setup, service, and cleanup

Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs

Support event planning and execution as directed by management

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required

Previous serving experience preferred

Must meet the state’s minimum age requirement to serve alcohol

Courteous, professional demeanor with an attentive, guest-focused approach

Physically able to meet the demands of the role, including standing for long periods, carrying heavy items, and navigating stairs

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented with a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction

Ability to follow detailed instructions for each event

Flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
