What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including cash handling, inventory, and staffing

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards

• Drive sales, control costs, and support store growth initiatives

• Participate in our MIT program (if applicable) to learn leadership and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate, high-energy individuals ready to lead and grow

• Excellent communication and people management skills

• Strong work ethic and commitment to operational excellence

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a plus (MIT program welcomes motivated candidates ready to learn)
