Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the national sales team to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans by region, channel (retail, horeca, wholesale), and product
Build strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, bars, restaurants, and trade partners
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
Collaborate with trade marketing and brand teams to ensure effective market execution
Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives across the country
Ensure compliance with local laws and responsible alcohol marketing practices
Qualifications & Skills:
Kenyan citizen with in-depth knowledge of the local liquor market
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus)
5+ years' experience in sales management within the liquor, beverage, or FMCG industry
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience managing key accounts and distributors
