We are seeking a skilled Senior Value Stream Leader to support a high profile and complex program.

The Value Stream Leader is the primary customer liaison for the actuation product portfolio for HSC PMO. You will ensure compliance with contractual requirements while navigating tough challenges and a worldwide manufacturing base. You’ll rely on your extensive experience in customer-facing roles to find equitable solutions and clearly communicate internally and externally. This role requires managing a broad spectrum of tasks and problems, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, and maintaining a proactive approach to issue resolution.

What You Will Do:

Facilitates and Supports the Integrated Program Management Team reporting to the Associate Director, OSA Value Stream

Organize and prepare program reviews, team meetings, and other regular business activities.

Ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication and concise presentation material.

Coordinate with production, operations, supply chain in managing production deliveries to meet customer schedule requirements.

Manage and rapidly resolve a wide range of issues, ensuring day-to-day operations are aligned with strategic goals.

Collaborate with global facilities to ensure seamless operations and adherence to company standards and customer requirements.

Represent the Program to the company senior leadership, managing and reporting on-time delivery, production capacity, and customer satisfaction.

Manage and communicate production deliveries.

Internation Travel up to 25%

What You Will Learn:

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience

5+ years of experience in value stream leadership, program management, or equivalent customer-facing operational role

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site or international programs with multiple stakeholders

Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing concise reports and executive briefings

Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, operations, quality, engineering)

Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple competing tasks in a dynamic environment

Proactive problem-solving and issue resolution skills under time pressure

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability

Qualifications We Prefer:

Engineering degree or technical background (mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering preferred)

Experience with manufacturing operations, supply chain management, or production planning

Aerospace program management experience, ideally with Collins Actuation products.

Knowledge of industry regulations, quality requirements, and EHS standards.

Experience working in global, multicultural environments.

Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and program management software

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with customers and suppliers.
