As a Server at City Night-Life Entertainment Corp’s restaurant, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, menu knowledge, and a friendly demeanor. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously

Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff

Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience

Handle guest requests, complaints, and special dietary needs professionally

Process payments accurately using POS systems

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations

Assist with setup and breakdown of the dining area for service

Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth operations

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Basic math skills for handling orders and payments

Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus

Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to work well in a team environment
