CMM Programmer
Overview: As a CMM Programmer, you’ll be working in an aerospace machining environment, and you’ll be at the forefront of quality assurance, translating complex engineering drawings into automated inspection routines. You’ll work with cutting-edge coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) to ensure that high-tolerance components meet strict specifications. This role is ideal for detail-driven individuals who enjoy blending software programming with hands-on metrology. Responsibilities:
• Load and run existing CMM programs using standard work instructions.
• Assist in part setup and basic fixture handling.
• Follow visual guides and checklists for probe calibration and part alignment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Experience operating CMM machines (e.g., Zeiss, Mitutoyo) and ISO 10360 is preferred
• Basic understanding of GD&T
• Understanding of part drawings and measurement principles.
Education:
• Entry-level position perfect for someone who is mechanically inclined and possesses an aptitude for precision work.
