Job Duties: * Supervise, train, direct and assist employees * Monitor and inspect completed work * Address customer questions, concerns, and requests * Ensure compliance with safety rules * Assist with general cleaning tasks * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * 18 years or older * Must have Federal Real ID (Star at top right hand corner on Driver's license or State ID) * Valid Ohio driver's license is a must with current insurance to meet driving requirements to be insured by our company * Supervisory experience Skills/Abilities: * Computer skills * Supervise 8-10 employees * Meet attendance standards * Operate floor cleaning equipment (training provided) * Good customer service skills Physical Requirements: * Lift up to 25 pounds * Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
