We are looking for a Chief of Product Security to help us generate product security capability and implement product security on programs across the Rolls-Royce Group. There are two potential 'tracks' for this role:

one track focuses on capability generation. This track is concerned with building, maturing and sustaining Rolls-Royce's product security capability (the rules, tools, methods, skills and technologies to allow Rolls-Royce to secure its product suite now and in the future) in accordance with the Product Security roadmap.

the other on supporting the US programs with implementing product security on their products (i.e. helping the programs put into practice the product security capabilities to ensure products are resilient through-life.

Both 'tracks' will involve operational leadership of a diverse and enthusiastic team which works across multiple locations and virtually.

We request that candidates state in their covering letter for which track (capability generation or programme support) they would prefer to be considered and provide evidence in their CV of how their experience and skills align with the preferred track.

Please note that the 'programs' track is subject to nationality restrictions. Only US nationals will be eligible for consideration for this track.

For the capability track, the role is concerned with leading a team in building and maturing our product security capability in accordance with the agreed roadmap, and ensuring that the product security capability we generate will be relevant and fit-for-purpose, across the Group in the decades to come.

The Chief of Programs works with the US Rolls-Royce program teams within the Divisions, assigns engineers to work on specific tasks for these programs, and provides oversight and co-ordination of design, development and verification tasks across the product lifecycle.
