Your role in our team:
Lead and inspire a team responsible for testing and tuning complex cigarette making machinery
Drive a culture of safety, LEAN thinking and practices, and continuous improvement
Uphold high 5S standards and promoting operational excellence in the Tune & Test area
Develop, optimize and maintain efficient assembly and testing procedures
Plan and coordinate resources to ensure on-time, in-full machine delivery
Monitor and contribute to company-wide KPIs, including productivity and quality
Manage customer feedback and ensure swift and effective resolution of complaints
Support capacity planning and workforce development in collaboration with leadership
Your profile:
Degree/Master in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with excellent results
5+ years of experience in mechanical machinery assembly and testing
Proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications
A proactive, responsible, and committed approach to workExperience in leading teams is a strong advantage
