Your Role: Senior Industrial Automation Engineer: You’ll be part of a team who are responsible for the design, development, and deployment of automation systems that enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability across our global processing plants.
What you will do:
Design and optimize plant automation systems, layouts, and workflows
Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement
Lead integration of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, and control systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Oversee system testing, commissioning, and performance tuning
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, ANSI, ISO)
Travel internationally to support installations, upgrades, and training
What you Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics or Mechanical)
5+ years of experience in plant automation, industrial controls, or mechatronics
Expertise in PLC/HMI programming and industrial control systems
Proficiency in SolidWorks (2D/3D modeling, BOMs, assemblies)
Experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization
Strong communication and project coordination skills
A problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for global collaboration
Willingness to travel internationally and work hands-on in plant environments
