Concrete Paver Plant Manager

Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a plant manager in concrete paver manufacturing or a related construction materials industry, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Proven ability to review, analyze, and discuss production reports, KPIs, and P&L statements related to concrete paver plant operations.

Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety procedures within a concrete paver production environment.

Demonstrated leadership ability to train, mentor, and develop team members across all levels of concrete paver manufacturing operations.

Experience with purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relations preferred.

Knowledge of construction products, materials handling, and basic understanding of electronics and programmable controllers used in concrete paver machinery and automated systems preferred.
