Job Posting: Sales Representative - 3D Printing Filaments

Location: Columbus, Ohio, USA

About the Role:

they are a leading global manufacturer of high-performance 3D printing materials, seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their growing North American team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads within target industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Machinery, Electronics, Education, or Healthcare.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, from end-users to distributors.

3. Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation, closing, and account management.

4. Market Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of the additive manufacturing landscape and effectively communicate how our products provide solutions to specific customer challenges.

5. Strategic Planning: Create and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support market penetration.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.

2. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and opening new accounts.

3.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

5.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex customer needs.

6.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

7.An interest in technology and manufacturing; prior experience in 3D printing or one of the target industries is a strong plus.
