Salary: $24.00-$26.00 Hourly (Based on Experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday
About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team! You'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly - developing, preparing, and maintaining production schedules to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
You'll collaborate with internal teams to manage materials, resources, and delivery commitments while supporting an environment built on teamwork and communication.
No supervisory duties - just great teamwork!
What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain production schedules using ERP or scheduling software
Monitor daily production and adjust schedules as needed
Enter and acknowledge purchase orders through EDI and other systems
Maintain accurate order records and communicate delivery changes
Support production with work orders and scheduling updates
Assist with inventory and special projects as needed
What We're Looking For:
Associate's degree in business or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience (or High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of scheduling experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Reliable attendance and a focus on safety
