Prod. Planning Supervisor

Role Purpose

Lead production planning activities by collaborating with PLM to develop accurate forecasts and translate them into actionable production plans. Work cross-functionally to optimize capacity allocation, coordinate with material/purchasing teams for timely order delivery, monitor production progress, collaborate with PE, QC, Operation team to achieve production target, and drive continuous improvement in performance.

Production MPS arrangement

Target on customer demand, Cross-Function collaboration

Weekly Production Plan arrangement

Production control

Capacity evaluation and bottleneck identification and elimination

Team Lead

Experiences/Education - Required

Project management tasks related to supply chain improvements

Strong skills in cross-functional communication

Production planning and scheduling

Proficient in developing schedules/plans for manufacturing operations

Experience managing outsourced capacity is preferred

Effective problem-solving abilities
